Stanford earns another series honor and Don & Hauschildt win Augusta
Non Stanford (GBR) wons the French Tri Fed Grand Prix Final this past weekend - Non played it sharp at the front early in the race which was priceless as a crash happened in the chase group. Non and her breakaway pals were 2 mins up on the pack. Non's stellar run sealed the day for her. What a year!
Tim Don (GBR) and Melissa Hauschildt (AUS) win @ Augusta 70.3. Melissa, only a few weeks removed from her 70.3 Worlds win put another race under her belt. Something of note, Melissa had a great swim only 20 seconds off the lead of Emma Kate Lidbury. Mel continued to put 5 mins on the field in the bike and another 5 on the run to win by a 12 minute margin! Don put a perfect day together leading out of the water, hanging with the leaders on the bike and finishing with a race fastest run. Victor Zyemstev (UKR) from the Timex Team placed 2nd behind Tim Don.
