NZ SHIPPING

All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Napier. Orders placed before 11 AM NZDT will ship that day. 

All orders ship via Post Haste which takes 1-3 workings days and a signature is required in the majority of cases when you receive your parcel. 

Orders over $150 ship free of charge. 

Orders placed during sale periods or holidays will incur an additional 1-2 business days to be handled. 

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation tracking number within 1 business day. 

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING

Shipping to Australia is a flat $35 via NZ Economy Courier Post. 

Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for shipments to Australia to be handled.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all import/customs duties for international shipments.

Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for international shipments to be handled.

International orders ship NZ Economy Courier Post. 

All prices shown are in New Zealand dollars. If your order is being delivered to a country within the European Union then you will be responsible for VAT.
