Nero Warranty
At blueseventy we are very proud of our products and are delighted that you have decided to purchase what we believe to be one of the world’s best swimming products. We stand behind our materials and manufacturing, and every blueseventy product carries a promise of it being a high quality item. We are committed to repairing or replacing any item that falls within our warranty period.
WARRANTY POLICY
Frequency of use and care differs from person to person. We cannot guarantee a set amount of time that a nero suit will last. In the event of any defect in the product we offer a 6-week warranty period on materials and manufacturing. Once the suit has been used, we reserve the right to inspect the suit to determine if the damage was due to manufacturing faults, or user error. If your suit has been worn beyond the 6-week period, then we suggest you discuss your options with your local retailer or blueseventy office.
RETURN POLICY
Unused race swimwear with a proof of purchase are eligible for a refund minus any shipping fees within 30-days of purchase. After 30-days you may return any unused suit with a proof of purchase for store credit.
If you would like to return your suit please visit our RETURNS page to speak with a blueseventy rep. We hold the right to refuse any return that is sent without contacting us first. We are not responsible for any return shipping costs.
SIZING
We cannot be held responsible for any suits where the incorrect size has been purchased, however we will work with you to reach a remedy as soon as possible. For questions or concerns on sizing please contact us at nz@blueseventy.com
