At blueseventy we are very proud of our products and we are delighted that you have decided to purchase what we believe to be one of the world’s best swimming products. We stand behind our materials and manufacturing, and every blueseventy product carries a promise of it being a high quality item. We are committed to repairing or replacing any item that falls within our warranty period.
Your pointzero3 swimskin is a fragile piece of highly tuned and tested apparel designed to make you swim faster and we are aware that it needs to be fitted and treated with great care and respect. General expectation is 25+ swims, however proper care and sizing can extend the life of the suit. We expect all suits to last approximately one regular race season.
If you have an issue with your pointzero3/+, we reserve the right to offer one of the following:
1) Any unused pointzero3/+ suit found to have a manufacturer’s defect returned in its original packaging, with the hangtag in place and proof of purchase accompanying it, will be eligible for a full refund or replacement.
2) With an original receipt and within 30 days of purchase, blueseventy will replace the pointzero3/+ swimskin.
3) With an original receipt and within 90 days of purchase, blueseventy will repair the suit up to a value specified by the distributor.
NB: The warranty is only applicable to the original owner/purchaser - it does not apply to second hand pointzero3/+ swimskins.
For suits that have been used, blueseventy will choose to replace or repair any defects that occur within normal wear and tear circumstances. This covers the failure of any seams, moldings, trims, or fabrics. blueseventy retain the right to define normal wear and tear circumstances, but as a guideline this requires the customer to follow the wash instructions and take all reasonable precautions to maintain the garment. Exposure to elements such as extreme heat, prolonged bacteria and chlorine exposure, and other harsh or abrasive substances can accelerate product degradation and void warranty. blueseventy will not repair or replace items that have clear excessive physical stress such as rips and split seams, or where there is clear evidence of inadequate care or treatment.
Product that is covered by repair or warranty maybe exchanged in either the retail place of purchase, or through courier or post to a distributor office nearest you (see contact details for physical address and/or PO Box). blueseventy will return warranty repair or replacement by the same speed of delivery – couriered items will be couriered back, posted items returned by post.
HOW TO CLAIM UNDER WARRANTY:
If a store carries our products, they have been chosen by us because we believe them to be a supreme store equipped in customer service to not only help you with your initial purchase, but also if you have any issues after your purchase. If you have a warranty claim please make contact with the store you purchased from as your first action. They should take the claim on your behalf, contact us, send the product back to us to sort and then update you with a status. However, if you have exhausted this option and for some reason this route doesn’t work for you, please contact your appropriate blueseventy region to discuss the matter.
